Woodcrest was established back in 2007 as a real estate company, and since then has expanded its domination in many places in Dhaka City. Woodcrest also includes other businesses associated with real estate such as, construction and consultancy. During these 13 years of thriving and dedication, Woodcrest was able to build its trust among clients by provisioning quality services and commitments. Woodcrest has passionately combined its expertise and has completed more than 40 projects in many places of Dhaka city.

The Woodcrest team consist of 45 professionals which include architects, engineers and project managers who were selected based on their academic and outstanding technical and managerial expertise. Moreover, our well-trained and efficient employees are deployed at our various sites to always make sure they maintain the constant quality of work.

Woodcrest is the name promised to provide top quality design and construction, which is always made sure by our quality project managers. From day one till now, all our buildings have been designed according to the guideline mentioned in the “Bangladesh National Building Code” and each building is capable of remaining undamaged as per the code-specified natural disasters like, earthquake and wind. On the other hand, some of our buildings are equipped with emergency fire stairs to protect the building residence in the event of fire break out.
